Hi Judith! For Megan, I definitely think a call to action is just the thing she needs. Knowing the request and that she can donate to the station, or further support the podcast she already enjoys. Maybe with Andrew would he enjoy a incentive to possibly volunteer? Or maybe a partnership with the Boys & Girls Club with school packs that he could add to his gift when donating! Or program or experience where he could visit the local parks.
